Led the digital transformation of Halo Halo Food, a women-owned Southeast Asian food business, by systematizing its brand strategy and rebuilding its digital presence to support scalable growth.
The objective was to move the business from founder-led visibility to a structured brand platform capable of attracting corporate partnerships and consistent event bookings. I developed a responsive CMS website grounded in user research and A/B testing, ensuring the digital experience was optimized for both storytelling and conversion.
