Bai Wei is a modern food brand inspired by Yunnan’s Crossing Bridge Noodles, reimagined as a premium everyday experience for contemporary consumers.

I led the brand strategy and consulting from inception, defining market positioning and clarifying the value proposition to create a strong foundation for launch.

From that strategy, I developed:

  • A cohesive visual identity system

  • Packaging that balances cultural heritage with modern refinement

  • A responsive website structured for storytelling, product education, and conversion

The result is a unified brand presence across physical and digital touchpoints, designed to support retail visibility and scalable growth.
